Newspapers Review: ODM Politicians Lament Their Jubilee Counterparts Aren't Selling Raila in Mt Kenya

Some aspirants openly told the publication that they are finding it hard selling Raila in Mt Kenya. The StarThe daily reported that Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and his allies intensified calls to have Azimio presidential candidate Raila name him as running mate. The government is betting on the higher income tax collection from KSh 818 billion and KSh 997 billion and Value Added Tax from KSh 477 billion to KSh 585 billion to finance the budget. It was earlier thought that he had joined Musalia Mudavadi's ANC after he ditched the Jubilee Party but he has since dismissed the speculation saying he is ready to face-oof with Wanjiru.
