Newspaper delivery man stabbed several times in south AucklandMARION VAN DIJK/STUFF Police say a man was stabbed several times at the forecourt of an Otara petrol station on Saturday morning. A newspaper delivery man was stabbed several times by two men in south Auckland. East Tamaki New Zealand Herald franchisee Farhad Umrigar told NZME that the man had been waiting to offload newspapers from a delivery truck. Umrigar said witnesses had seen one man armed with a sword or machete and another with a gun. The police spokesperson said they had not received a condition update or spoken to the man.
