In an earlier conversation, before the Chronicle had received the police report, Beach told the newspaper he had no comment. The report says Beach then took her to a parking lot, where he asked if she liked performing a sex act. The report says the female said no, and no again when Beach allegedly asked her if she wanted to touch him, the Chronicle reported. The Chronicle says that Beach, 54, could not be reached for comment Friday. The person who complained to police said the female appeared scared.
