_____________________The Libyan Amazigh High Council (LAHC) has declared the Amazigh (Berber or Tamazight) language as an official language in the cities and districts inhabited by the Amazigh in Libya. This was the second batch of Nigerians and the third of the repatriation process of illegal migrants in a week span. ______________________Sabha Medical Center said the solar power system has been successfully installed and is now operating. Spokesman Osama Al-Wafi said the UNDP-gifted solar power system would be efficient given the sudden power outages in the ICU and other sections. S.Korean Foreign Ministry said the vessel (Morning Compass) was heading to Germany before it had been intercepted by Libyan coastguards.
