The High Council of State (HCS) voted on its Tuesday session to approve the draft referendum law on the draft constitution in accordance with Article 23 of the political agreement. Saleh cited that the promotions were given to those officers for their remarkable efforts during the past period. The meeting was held in preparation for future meetings of the Libyan-Tunisian Higher Committee to develop cooperation between the two countries in various fields. -----------------------------------------------------------The High Council of State (HCS) organized Monday a workshop to discuss a draft law on human trafficking. The GDP stressed that the siege imposed on the city has greatly affected their economic and social lives.
