________________The Heads of Teachers’ Syndicates in Libya called on the relevant authorities to raise the salaries of teachers all around the country to fit the daily needs of those teachers. They stressed that an order by official authorities must be issued concerning the raise like all other sectors in the government. She added that when the situation is appropriate, especially the security conditions, the EU will be ready to move to Tripoli. ________________The National Commission for Human Rights in Libya (NCHRL) said the UNHCR is working illegally in Libya and is giving illegal immigrants refugee status cards without any regard to the Libyan laws and without informing the Libyan authorities. It added that Libya is not part of the 1951 Refugee Convention or the 1967 appendix protocol, so it is not committed to any of their laws.
