Understandably, the government decision drew mixed reaction from the students, their parents and the conscious segment of society. Those opposed to the government decision, however, could not come up with a better alternative ensuring the safety of more than 1.36 million examinees. And, undoubtedly, it is not the best option, because it will deprive many students while allowing many others an undeserved advantage.
