Newhaven Bowls Club from aboveThe green was playing perfectly as current members and a few new faces warmed up for more friendly fixtures to come. The club would like to encourage new players and is using the hashtag #letsplaybowls. The Bowls Big Weekend stops off at Newhaven over this coming Bank Holiday weekend and the club open day is on Saturday (May 29) from 10am. Experienced club members will be on hand at the sessions to help all ages and all abilities from beginners to experienced players. Following current COVID guidelines and whatever the weather, they ask anyone who is interested to contact us to register your interest.
