By ANTHONY NJAGIMore by this AuthorThe Kenya National Music Festival is set to have fresh faces with newcomers taking top positions during the Coast Regional Music Festival, which ended today at Dr Babla Secondary School in Diani, Kwale County. Among newcomers is Kakoneni Girls High School–Malindi who won six English choral verses and one solo verse scripted by Mr George Kumbatha. REGIONSSpecial compositions on no violence against children sponsored by Unicef attracted Jomvu Girls, Kakoneni, Mazeras Girls, Olops secondary, and St Mary’s secondary. Region one being Western at Lwanya Girls-Busia County, Rift Valley held at Uasin Gishu High School, Uasin Gishu Primary school and Bishop Delamy in Eldoret. In Eastern region the teams are meeting at Kitui High School.
