The owners of a new Maidenhead wine bar are ‘buzzing’ to bring residents a new type of ‘hangout’. Located on Queen Street, the bar opened to the public in a soft launch on May 30 and is now officially taking bookings. The Borough, in a 170-year-old building, features ‘The Library’, a sixteen-seat restaurant on the first floor and a ground floor bar named ‘The Parlour’. “I want the people of Maidenhead and around to be a part of this journey – especially being in such a beautiful building like The Borough. More than 100 wines fill the venue’s extensive wine list which will regularly change alongside the cocktail selection.
