Surveillance video released on Tuesday showed a Phoenix woman allegedly running her boyfriend over while he was riding a bicycle down the street. She claimed he'd attacked her earlier, but court documents showed the woman had just learned he had HIV. The video shows the victim riding his bike in the street. But documents say the victim was left with a fractured vertebrae and a head injury that required staples. The man on the bike was a boyfriend and according to court documents she had recently found out the victim had HIV.
