Berkeley and the Los Angeles Times found that challenger Nathan Hochman leads George Gascón in the race for L.A. County District Attorney by 30 percent, framing the race as an uphill battle for the incumbent heading into Tuesday's KNX News - L.A. Times debate. The poll found that 51% of likely voters said they would choose Hochman, while 21% said they would choose Gascón. UC Berkeley Poll Director Mark DiCamillo told KNX News that the voters’ opinion of Gascón are reflected in the poll. 73% said that was an extremely important reason for supporting him.”The poll also found that 28% of voters are undecided.
