A PLANNING application has been submitted to replace wooden electricity poles in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Areas include Watlington and Nettlebed and Scottish and Southern Energy Power Distribution have said that all poles will be replaced like-for-like in the same location. South Oxfordshire District Council will make a final decision.
