Arrowtown couple Kerry and Rob Andrews and Auckland publican Paul Lomax have bought the lease of the 152-year-old New Orleans Hotel from Christchurch-based Peter Whittaker and will take over on Monday. Mr Whittaker's business incurred six breaches of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act since he took over in 2011. Told the new owners wanted to lift the New Orleans' reputation, he said: ``We have a good reputation with all our locals there - we run a reasonably busy pub, it goes reasonably well.''
