Nelson playing host to a round of the Enduro World Series in 2021 is one of the big ticket items on the wish list for new Nelson Mountainbike Club president Melanie Schroder. Schroder was elected president earlier this month after joining the club three years ago. JOE LLOYD/ STUFF Melanie Schroder says thanks to the relationship the club has with the Nelson City Council the tracks in the regions are in great shape. Ultimately aside from securing the EWS, Schroder would like her legacy as president to be continuing the work they've already done and building on that. She is especially keen to foster and cement the working relationships with their partners Nelson City Council, Ngati Koata and Tasman Pine.
