Holdom, who has never been on council before, said he was "amazed" with the result, which he called a "pleasant surprise". Holdom will be joined on council by Roy Weaver, Richard Handley, Shaun Biesiek, Stacey Hitchcock, Harry Duynhoven, Murray Chong, Alan Melody, John McLeod, Mike Merrick, and Gordon Brown.
