Martin Phillipps says Costa worked on the Chills cover as a result of a record label connection. The Chills line-up has been pretty settled for a while now and includes some serious musical chops. "There were three other tracks that were completed and left off the record and coincidentally they were the first ones I had written for the album," Phillipps says.
