That was a sizeable drop from the 3 per cent and 2.3 per cent growth recorded in April and May, QV said. Over the same period, the city's three-month rolling average also dropped from 8.3 per cent to 5.4 per cent, QV said. Hamilton average house prices increased by 1.7 per cent in July, up from 1.2 per cent in June to $834,305. Taranaki house prices rose 4.6 per cent in July, compared to the three-month rolling average of 6.3 per cent, QV said.
