SING TAOA batch of new flats at a Tai Wai project sold out over the weekend though secondary home sales slumped amid a resurgence in Covid-19 cases in Hong Kong. New World Development (0017) collected HK$4.7 billion after selling all 396 units on offer at phase two of The Pavilia Farm in Tai Wai. NWD has now collected around HK$20 billion after selling around 1,800 units in the first two phases of the project, located atop Tai Wai Station. The cheapest flat, measuring 256 sq ft, is offered at HK$5.74 million, or HK$22,453 per sq ft, after discounts. In Tin Shui Wai, a 449-sq-ft flat at Kingswood Villas changed hands for HK$4.8 million, or HK$10,690 per sq ft.
