The Henderson Construction site east of Waterloo on U.S. 6 will become home to the new DeKalb County Highway Department. On Monday, the DeKalb County Commissioners approved a contract with FCI Construction who is working with partners on a build, operate, transfer delivery method for the project. The project has an estimated cost of $8 million.
