New catering facility opens at Dublin Airport creating 60 jobs

The latest service from the firm, which is part of the Emirates Group, is expected to create 60 new jobs. Roles include chefs, operations managers, logistics managers, drivers, stores and health and safety staff. The facility, which adds to over 60 dnata catering locations globally including in Cork, will focus on premium, long-haul carriers, supplying up to 4,000 meals daily. Dublin Airport Managing Director Vincent Harrison said that dnata’s arrival at Dublin Airport is a hugely positive addition, "not only to the Dublin community but also to the Irish economy". Profits at dnata crossed the $330m mark for the first time in its most recent full financial year, with revenue up 15pc to $3.3bn.
