According to him, because the Electoral Commission wants to make the system better, all proposed devices will be sternly sampled. We stated that every device someone will like to recommend to the Electoral Commission must be used in at least three other African countries. He identified, the new biometric recognition system if acquired, will enable a newer approach and a much efficient work during the elections. The Electoral Commission, despite several criticisms, has decided to change the biometric voter registration process for the 2020 elections, adding facial recognition for voter verification to deal with a large number of people unable to be verified with the fingerprint.
