ROBERT KITCHIN/STUFF Kristine Bartlett, who has just been awarded New Zealander of the Year, will get her airfare back from Jetstar after a booking mix-up. The flight change cost her $232.50 on top of the $99 flight already purchased for a one-way ticket. JETSTAR Jetstar eventually agreed to refund the fee to Bartlett.
