The CTU is particularly keen that we learn to better involve the workforce in the thinking and implementation of change. We can also improve redundancy compensation by introducing a statutory minimum for all workers. Social insurance has received a fair bit of interest lately. And more recently, even the Act Party announced they would support and promote a form of social insurance. It seems that social insurance has become the new black.
