New Zealand has been ranked second overall in the top countries to be an expat in, according to an HSBC survey. Aotearoa ranked second overall in the HSBC global expat explorer study for 2018, coming in behind Singapore on the list of best destinations to live. Seven out of 10 of expats living here are first timers and they stay, according to HSBC.
