A rise in the excellence has impressed selectors of the New Zealand Aluminium Smelters 2018 Community Scholarship, who have added two more names to their list. On Monday, six students from high school's throughout Southland selected for the scholarship came together to mark their success. The scholarship is open to Southland students who intend to study engineering at university. NZAS commercial and support services manager Paula Checketts, who undertook the scholarship interview process, said "we've had an outstanding bunch of candidates".
