A shocking video shows the moment a police officer was knocked down and dragged by a car as it sped off during a traffic stop in Manhattan Saturday night. When he approached the car, seemingly to speak with the driver, the driver sped off straight into the officer. He was carried on the hood of the Mercedes for roughly two car lengths and then managed to get down and onto the side of the car. At that point he grabbed onto one of the windows and was dragged a few more yards before being thrown down onto the concrete.
