New York City high-school students told Mayor Bill de Blasio about their concerns about gun violence and school security in a two-hour town hall meeting that was emotional at times. The city-sponsored event drew about 100 student activists from different schools to a gymnasium at a YMCA in midtown. Mr. de Blasio and his wife, Chirlane McCray, engaged in a back and forth with the students.
