The District Attorney still has not filed any charges against Trump Organization staff or formally accused anybody of a crime, including Weisselberg. The Manhattan DA’s office and Weisselberg’s attorney Mary Mulligan declined to comment to Forbes, and the Trump Organization and Trump’s personal post-presidential office did not respond to requests for comment.
