Mere hours after being the highest running back selected in the draft since Reggie Bush in 2006, Barkley is already the toast of New York City. Given that Barkley is set to play in the nation's largest media market, this is in no way a surprise. First off, said market size will enable him to have endorsement deals other top picks in the 2018 NFL Draft won't be able to come close to matching. It's obviously a homecoming of sorts for the stud young running back. Without any off-field concerns and playing in a huge New York market, it would not be a shock to see Barkley surpass that mark as a rookie this coming season.
