The New York City Council on Wednesday passed 11 separate bills designed to provide greater protections against workplace sexual harassment. The strongest piece of the Stop Sexual Harassment in NYC Act requires all private employers with 15 or more employees to conduct annual anti-sexual-harassment training for all employees, from interns to executives. The City Council approved that measure 48-2.
