MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Western Visayas, and Quezon can expect cloudy skies and scattered rains due to the shear line. PAGASA warned these areas of possible flash floods and landslides during heavier bouts of rain. They are expected to have partially cloudy skies with isolated rains. The rest of the country, including Metro Manila, can expect partly cloudy skies due to the northeast monsoon.
