Units at New World Development's (0017) grade A commercial building in Cheung Sha Wan have been sold in two rounds of sales on December 12 and December 17. An an hour the 74 units were sold for HK$1.3 billion. New World Development recently released its price list for 888 Lai Chi Kok Road in Cheung Sha Wan. The average price per sq ft of the second round of 44 units was HK$13,275. Each unit would range in price from HK$7.34 million to HK$33.73 million.
