Following an unfortunate leak of the game's box-art by retail giant Target, Warner Bros. has officially unveiled Middle-earth: Shadow of War, the sequel to Shadow of Mordor. This time around, the player wields a new Ring of Power crafted by the game's Ranger/Wraith protagonist duo, and takes on Sauron and the Nazgul. My sincere hope is that they turn completely evil by the end of the game and join forces with the Enemy. After all, if there's one thing we've learned about crafting Rings of Power it's that, well...One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them. Shadow of War is slated for an August 22 release date.
