President Mauricio Macri, Cabinet Chief Marcos Peña and Environment Minister Sergio Bergman have created a brand new National Cabinet for Climate Change. Decree 891/ 2016 for the creation of said Cabinet was signed yesterday and published in the Official Bulletin today. I really doubt anyone finds the thought of swimming through the San Telmo markets appealing if Buenos Aires truly does go underwater, as Climate Central suggested. It confirms that Argentine will adopt the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.
