New Leadership for BSJA: Arifur Rahman Babu Elected President, S M Sumon as General SecretaryThe Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association (BSJA) has formed a new Executive Committee for the 2025–26 term. The organization’s 20th biennial general meeting and election took place on Friday (April 18) in the capital. The meeting was presided over by former BSJA president A.T.M. Arifur Rahman Babu of Jago News has been elected as the new President, while S M Sumon of Baishakhi Television has been elected as General Secretary. Arafat Zobayer (Dhaka Post) has been elected as Joint General Secretary, and Minhaj Uddin Khan (Dhaka Tribune) has taken the role of Finance Secretary.
