Despite being vaccinated six times and diligently following COVID-19 preventive measures, one individual known as a “NOVID” has finally contracted the virus. Interestingly, Barbara Ferrer, the director of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, has never contracted COVID-19 despite being in close contact with infected individuals.
