Warner Bros. just dropped the second trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters into our laps. We’ve got a Godzilla movie, a stand-alone King Kong movie, a Godzilla sequel which operates as a Godzilla 2 even if it does bring other monsters into the sandbox as major added-value elements, and then, in 2020, we’ll get Godzilla Vs. Kong as the pay-off. Anyway, back to Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Will Godzilla: King of the Monsters be the first dinosaur-free monster movie to crack $600 million worldwide? We’ll find out when Godzilla: King of the Monsters opens on May 31, 2019 courtesy of Warner Bros. and Legendary.
