NewsMuthu Sivalingam, Nuwaraeliya District M.P. and the President of the Ceylon Workers' Congress has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Primary Industries. He was sworn today as the Deputy Minister before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat.
