A start-up Dallas real estate firm is targeting big-ticket office buys in major Texas markets. The fledgling investment operation was founded by Moody Younger and Kathy Permenter of Dallas-based Younger Partners and Matt Haley, formerly of Miller Global Properties and Transwestern Investment. While concentrating on office buildings, the new company plans to expand its acquisitions to include retail and industrial properties. Permenter and Younger have led their Younger Partners commercial real estate firm since 2012. The company manages more than 8 million square feet of retail, office, land and commercial properties.
