According to the information provided by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon office, the district has so far logged a total of 26,263 cases of Covid-19. As of December 5, a total of 320 people have succumbed to the deadly viral disease and some 24,218 people have recovered from the deadly viral disease. Meanwhile, Chittagong Civil Surgeon Dr Sheikh Fazle Rabbi warned people of the possible second wave of Covid-19 in the winter. “All must wear face masks to remain protected from the highly infectious disease,” the Civil Surgeon added. Besides, people should get them tested and keep them isolated until getting the positive report ,” the Civil Surgeon said.
