McMaster University is introducing a new course on Black, African and African Diaspora studies that is poised to be a stepping stone for a new program. He said the new class is part of the school's push to be more inclusive toward Black students and students of colour. McMaster University is offering a new course about Black, African and African Diaspora studies in 2020 — and it could be part of plans to create a new program with similar courses. "The hope is this course will be a beginning to formalize developing an undergraduate program and hopefully a graduate studies program as well," Damptey said.
