Investment firm Neuberger Berman has appointed Kaveh Samie as executive chair and head of Middle East and North Africa to help grow the firm’s footprint in the region from its Dubai office. Samie, who spent the last nine years at KKR, was most recently the firm’s CEO and head of Middle East, North Africa and new markets. Prior to that, he held senior roles at firms including HSBC and Citigroup, adding up to more than 30 years’ experience in financial services in the region.
