Netflix has cancelled the UK press tour for Arrested Development. 'We had planned to have most of the Arrested Development cast in London this week to support the launch of the new season and meet fans,' the streaming giant said in a statement on Thursday.' Trouble: The decision comes amid backlash against members of the cast for defending co-star Jeffrey Tambor's alleged abusive behavior against Jessica Walter on set'Arrested Development is one of my families. Tambor has since been submitted for a Primetime Emmy Award consideration for his role on Arrested Development. The original Arrested Development, centered on the riches-to-rags Bluths, ran for three critically-acclaimed, cult-favorite seasons (2003-2006) on Fox before switching over to Netflix.
