The publisher of the “Choose Your Own Adventure” book series sued Netflix Inc., saying the streaming company’s recently released interactive film “Black Mirror: Bandersnatch” used the series’ trademark without permission, besmirching the brand’s value. Chooseco LLC, a Vermont-based publishing company founded by R.A. Montgomery, estimated at least $25 million in damages, according to a complaint filed Friday in Vermont federal court.
