The Nepal health ministry sacked 35 doctors working in various government hospitals for procuring forged Intermediate certificates from Bihar. All these doctors were arrested by the CIB after the Inter toppers scam surfaced in Bihar early this year. The CIB is probing the certificates of 3000 doctors suspected to have managed government jobs on the basis of fake documents and has arrested more than 100 of them. The list of the sacked doctors, made public by the CIB, includes chief executive officer of Kantipur Dental College Dr Buddhi Man Shrestha.
