Lockdown gave Nelson teenager Sorraya Plymsole a break from work and the self-confessed sweet tooth a chance to hone her skills as a chocolatier. The 17-year-old has been making chocolates for around a year. A month ago she launched her small business Sunshine Chocolates, selling boxes of handmade confections online. Plymsole left school at 15 because she wanted to get a job and kick start her career.
