A court in Kitale has ordered the Principal Secretary for Labour and Social Protection, Nelson Marwa Sospeter to undergo DNA test in a case where he has been accused of child negligence.A 27-year-old woman has moved to a Kitale court seeking child support from Marwa accusing him of negligence. Marwa said that Moraa was a stranger to him and he is not conversant with the allegations filed in court. "Where the DNA samples shall be tested and report filed in court within one month from the date hereof," she ordered.
