John Murray Morton, 55, of Nelson, was found dead in the back of a white boat moored in Nelson Haven, opposite the skate park on QE II Drive, on Thursday morning. "The death is being treated as suspicious, but we are yet to establish if this is a homicide," he said. "We are working to establish how the victim received his injuries and hope the post mortem will provide some clarity."
