Kilmarnock "have complete faith" new manager Neil McCann and assistant Billy Dodds can keep the Ayrshire club in the Scottish Premiership. Former Dundee and Inverness Caledonian Thistle boss McCann replaces Stuart Kettlewell, who was sacked after six wins in 25 games.
